What is low temperature PLASMA?
The phenomenon in which ions are released into the air at the cusp that is applied with a high voltage of 3000V or more
- Occurs in a stable manner at 5,000V or more
- Low-frequency AC type low-temperature plasma has a wide spraying range and is better at mixing with air
- Low temperature plasma is the area marked in red above and the method by which the generation of ions occurs at temperatures below 1,000K is to selectively raise the temperature or kinetic energy of the electron
